Several large blockers let ads through when the provider pays. AdSilence has no such list.
It is a list of ads that get through anyway. Whoever wants on it pays. For you that means: the blocker you installed deliberately does not block at that point.
AdSilence knows no exception that can be bought. There is no plan for it, no request form and no route to get on it.
The sentence is in our terms. A promise on a website can change tomorrow; an undertaking in a contract cannot be changed one-sidedly.
